Andrew Shaw

Andrew Shaw

Andrew joined ECA as Managing Director in August 2013. Prior to ECA, Andrew held senior commercial roles in a number of international subscription licensing businesses. A native of London, he spent five years living and working in Tokyo where he developed a personal understanding of international assignments and the data and software needed to support them.

Cyril Brenninkmeijer

Cyril Brenninkmeijer

A Dutch national, Cyril is responsible for ECA's clients in the Netherlands and Germany. His experience includes advising major multinational companies on current international HR practice and assisting clients with the management of international assignments, including data briefing, project management and implementation of ECA’s software solutions and salary calculation work. Cyril also co-presents ECA’s International HR Practitioner training course and regularly speaks at events and panels.

David Remedios

David Remedios

David is Head of Consultancy at ECA International. He has over 20 years’ experience in Global Mobility consultancy and is an expert on mobility strategy, policy design and implementation, international remuneration modelling, policy benchmarking and designing stakeholder surveys.

Georgia Wilson

Georgia Wilson

Georgia is part of ECA’s Client Services team and is responsible for some of ECA’s key accounts in northern Europe. She advises major multinational companies on current practices in global mobility, and supports the use and development of software solutions. She also regularly contributes to ECA’s blogs and webinars as well as speaking at ECA events. Previously, Georgia worked in ECA's Accommodation Services team.

Jacqueline O'Rourke

Jacqueline O'Rourke

Jacqueline manages ECA's Client Services team, responsible for advising major multinational companies on current practices in international HR. With nearly 30 years' of experience working with ECA, she has assisted hundreds of clients with the management of their international assignments. Jacqueline also regularly presents ECA training courses as well as speaking at ECA and industry events.
