The International HR Practitioner (IHRP)

Overview

  Registration open!

Please note: Our course is currently only being delivered in Singapore. Please email our Events team to indicate your interest in future courses and we will contact you as soon as dates have been determined.

This two-day training course provides a comprehensive insight into both the theory and practical elements of managing international assignments. Incorporating workshops and discussions, the course begins with the fundamentals of expatriate management and looks at the day-to-day challenges faced by international HR practitioners.

The International HR Practitioner (IHRP) equips participants with the skills and knowledge required to manage their companies' mobility programme with maximum efficiency, and the confidence to critically evaluate assignment policies. Many of our clients use the IHRP as a formal part of the induction process for new members of their mobility teams.

To maximise the learning and networking opportunity, attendance is limited to three places per company. ECA's training can also be delivered in-house and tailored to meet objectives.

Who should attend?

This course is designed as an introduction or refresher for anyone involved in the practical administration of international assignment policy and salary calculations. A Certificate of Attendance is awarded upon completion.

This has definitely been the most interesting, informative, useful and practical course I have attended. Excellent from start to finish, thank you!
