Andrew joined ECA as Managing Director in 2013. He has overseen the company’s evolution into a GM data and software solutions provider, and its expansion into business traveller & remote worker compliance and international payroll services through its investments in TST and Global Expat Pay. Before ECA, Andrew held senior commercial roles in several international licensing businesses, including spending five years as an assignee in Japan.
