Chris Laughlin, Head of Reward, Edrington

Chris Laughlin is Group Head of Reward at Edrington, makers of some of the world’s best-loved Scotch whiskies, including The Macallan, The Famous Grouse, Cutty Sark and Highland Park. The portfolio is complemented by Brugal, the leading golden rum in the Caribbean, and by Snow Leopard vodka.  

At Edrington, he is responsible for the design, development and oversight of the compensation and benefit programmes in operation across the company’s UK and international operations and joint venture businesses, and is tasked with the leadership of Edrington’s global mobility programme.
