Dan is part of ECA's Remuneration team. He is responsible for researching, analysing and benchmarking expatriate compensation and benefits. He also assists in coordinating ECA's annual MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey, examining remuneration rates for expatriates, and ECA's annual Salary Trends survey, examining actual and anticipated pay rises for local staff around the world.
