Gregory is part of ECA’s Remuneration team, responsible for researching, analysing and benchmarking expatriate compensation and benefits. He coordinates ECA’s annual Salary Trends Survey, as well as helping to coordinate ECA’s annual MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey.
