Michael Birse

Michael is part of ECA's Remuneration team. He is responsible for researching, analysing and benchmarking expatriate compensation and benefits. As well as helping to coordinate ECA's annual MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey, he takes a leading role in preparing, coordinating and writing some of ECA’s policy surveys.
