Nadra is part of ECA’s Remuneration Services team. She is responsible for researching, analysing and benchmarking expatriate compensation and benefits. Nadra also assists in coordinating ECA’s annual MyExpatriate Market Pay Survey, examining remuneration rates around the world for expatriates.
