Mobility Hub terms and conditions

Registrations

• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come first-served basis, and are restricted to three places per company.
• ECA reserves the right to decline any registrations received from competitors and other potential delegates that do not match the targeted audience.
• We reserve the right to accept registration applications based on our determination of applicant suitability.
• If you are submitting details on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to submit the details and consents provided in this form on their behalf.

 
Payment/Invoicing

• Conference fees, where applicable, are payable by invoice.
• We will contact you to arrange payment where a fee is chargeable.
   

Cancellations

• Please email us if you are unable to make the event.
• Substitute delegates may be registered at any time.  Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
• Cancellations received for paid places after 10 March will result in GBP 100 cancellation fee. No-shows on the day for paid places will not be refunded.
• A cancellation fee may also be incurred for free places after 10 March, where a substitute delegate cannot be arranged.

Privacy

• ECA may make available a list of delegate names and company names for conference attendees.
• By registering for the Mobility Hub you agree to receive emails from us regarding the event including any post-event communications.
• Photography and video will be recorded throughout the event, and by attending you are agreeing that full rights and usage of these images are granted to the ECA International.
• We will be using an external registration company to issue delegate badges. Your name, company and email address will be shared with them for use at this event only.
