The winners of this year’s EMEA Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards (EMMAs), organised by the Forum of Expatriate Management (FEM), were revealed at a ceremony in London on 1 November.
Celebrating excellence in global mobility, the FEM EMMAs are the premier awards for the mobility and international HR industry. We had a great evening connecting with many clients and industry contacts at the event, and we’re thrilled that Tracker Software Technologies (TST), an ECA International subsidiary, and Global Expat Pay (GEP) in which ECA International holds a strategic minority investment, both proudly took home an award – “Best Partnership between two Service Providers” and “Outstanding Agility & Crisis Management as a Service Provider” respectively. ECA International was also recognised and shortlisted in the category of “Most Innovative Use of Technology – Assignee Management” in collaboration with Volvo Cars.
Andrew Shaw, Group Chief Executive, ECA International Group, said: “The ECA International Group is immensely honoured by the recognition that TST and GEP received from its peers at the prestigious FEM EMEA EMMAs. These awards, alongside ECA International’s nomination, stand as a testament to our business’ focus on developing innovative technology solutions and providing excellent client support. They further reinforce our leading position in software development, database management, and in delivering optimal solutions to our clients.”
This year, the EMEA FEM EMMAs saw entries across 21 categories and the independent judging panel was made up of 62 industry experts. The judges provided the following statement on TST's winning entry:
“Out of the box thinking from Tracker Software Technologies & Weichert Workforce Mobility that improves both the company’s ability to manage the intricacies of employee’s relocation and improves the overall employee experience.”
And for GEP's win:
“An actual triumph of innovative thinking alongside human empathy. Brilliant work by Global Expat Pay. Fantastic selfless support in a time of crisis that was clearly highly impactful and valued. A great entry made even stronger because their corporate client (Bayer) submitted it!”.
We would like to extend our congratulations to all winners and those shortlisted at the EMMAs, which also included a number of our clients - always fantastic to see their achievements recognised, too!
