ECA's National Salary Comparison Tool comes as part of a data subscription, allowing users look at salaries for locally employed staff in over 50 countries and compares them in terms of relative buying power (RBP), providing a big-picture pointer to the remuneration issues companies may encounter when moving employees between these countries on local terms.

Users are able to redraw the chart tailored to their needs:

• Select the countries you want to compare from the 50+ available
• Change the base country to compare the figures in your preferred currency
• Click series on or off to compare and rank countries' salaries in order of gross, net or relative buying power (RBP)
